macros for cutting please check

what's up guys I will be dieting for cutting and this is how I will do my macros :


Carbs - 280 g
Protein - 220 g
Fat - 60g including my flax seed and my fish oil


opinions please , thank you.
 
At first glance, it looks good. I would follow a carb cycling approach and follow that diet 3-4 days per week. The other 3-4 days per week, keep the protein and fat as is but drop the carbs by 100.

Make the high carb days your hardest training days. Make the low carb days your easy training days or rest days.
