didnt know if this was the right place to really pose this question but over the last year or so ive had alot of success with putting on weight and bulking up so to speak and at the moment i dont know whats wrong with me but it doesnt seem to matter how hard i lift, i just cant find the appetite i used to have!

it may be a wierd question because its not diet related like what to do with macro's, what do in keto diet etc..

however i though it was a valid question..

have you guys got any tips for me obviosuly other than just forcing the food down!

thanks in advance!

Obviously training yourself to eat more is the goal, but things like nutrabol can help increase your appetite as well

when you take your cat or dog to the vet what is the first question they ask you? it is "how is their appetite?" the reason they do that is when our body is sick appetite will go down. same goes for every animal on earth.

so if you truly have noticed a drop in appetite i would encourage you to run bloodwork, there could be something going on

also keep in mind an efficient body will run better on less food. example you see guys who eat 10 meals a day and still have nutrition deficiencies. instead of telling them to eat less often, people will just tell them to eat more. ironically when you do that you actually make the problem worse. crazy but think about this stuff logically

Sometimes it's a sign of over training.
