Little help with bulking diet?

Excerpt: I'm 5'9, 130 lbs, so obviously I'm trying to gain weight. I'm living at school so my options are kinda limited (dining hall food sucks.) Anyway, here is what I'm currently doing: 9:00am Oatmeal, 1 cup skim milk, 7 egg whites 400 calories, 38g protein, 51g carbs 11:00am Beef jerky, large piece of fruit 200 calories, 18g protein, 30g carbs 12:45pm tuna sandwich on whole-wheat bread, couple egg whites 400 calories, 35g protein, 45g carbs

    Little help with bulking diet?

    I'm 5'9, 130 lbs, so obviously I'm trying to gain weight. I'm living at school so my options are kinda limited (dining hall food sucks.) Anyway, here is what I'm currently doing:

    9:00am Oatmeal, 1 cup skim milk, 7 egg whites
    400 calories, 38g protein, 51g carbs

    11:00am Beef jerky, large piece of fruit
    200 calories, 18g protein, 30g carbs

    12:45pm tuna sandwich on whole-wheat bread, couple egg whites
    400 calories, 35g protein, 45g carbs

    2:30pm Pre-workout shake with oats, banana and whey
    280 calories, 28g protein, 35g carbs

    WORKOUT 3:30-4:30

    4:30pm PWO - 1.5 scoops whey, Gatorade, raisins
    330 calories, 30g protein, 53g carbs

    6:00pm Dinner - Depends on what the dining hall has, but usually:
    Rice, tuna, vegetables and egg whites
    around 400 calories, 40g protein, 50g carbs

    8:30pm 1 cup nonfat yogurt with some almonds mixed in
    220 calories, 16g protein, 20g carbs

    11:00pm 1/2cup cottage cheese, 1 tbsp natty PB
    200 calories, 20g protein, 8g carbs

    TOTALS: 2400 calories, 220g protein, 290g carbs, around 40g fat

    Any thoughts?

    Looks good, except for pwo. Try a 2:1 ratio or carbs/whey 30g pro/60g carb

    great on paper

    hard and somewhat costly to maintain

    i like things very simple, food doesnt make me happy so its easy to eat eye of round and broccoli all day
