Hi bros, for reason I get stomach bloating when drink whey protein and I was wondering if liquid eggs can replace my protein powders and give the protein I need for bulking, thanks.

albumen is a slow digesting protein. so if you chose whey for its quick absorption or insulin spike post workout, the egg whites won't replicate.

Hi bros, for reason I get stomach bloating when drink whey protein .

'some reason'??

very simple. dairy is inflammatory and if you are using a cheap whey protein it is likely concentrate so it contains lactose

as for protein requirements, it is overblown. we actually know from studies you only need .6g per pound of body weight. so someone who is 200 pounds only needs 120g of protein a day

I know it's hard to keep up with all, but would you happen to have a link or anything on 1 of these studies?

Most studies, but not all, are done on average Joes as opposed to those training.

no this study was done on weight lifters and it showed you only need .6, endurance athletes need .5

average joes need even less

I get .6 a day and do I look small to anyone? i am fit and healthy not over eating
