Bison. For sure. It makes chicken and turkey look like ground beef! I eat about a pound of ground chicken at lunch and a a pound of ground bison at dinner every day... I get sick of the chicken now and then but NEVER the buffalo.
Many local grocery stores carry 93% lean ground beef. Mine actually carries 96% lean ground beef. Allows burgers, spaghetti, and tacos (beware of the shell) to remain on your diet.
