Chopped onion
Ground cumin seeds
Chilli powder
Grated cheese
A hint of ginger powder (optional)
Chopped mushrooms (optional)
Red kidney beans (optional)
Brown the chopped onion in a wok or frying pan first.... then add the ground beef. Give it about a minute or two, constantly stirring.... then add the cumin, chilli powder and any of the optionals. Then add the grated cheese, stir through until it's melted. Don't overcook. As soon as the ground beef chunks are cooked through (no pink) and the cheese is melted, you're right. Done.
The more chilli powder, the better (in my opinion)....
