kirkland canned chicken breast

is this something you can use to replace the actual chicken breast when you don't time to cook? I heard this canned products create water retention.

Canned products have salt added to them as a preservative but you can remove the salt by rinsing the chicken under tap water once you open up the can.

There is salt added to any canned product whether it be canned peas, canned tuna, canned chicken etc.

I have used the kirkland canned chicken breast when travelling before. It doesn't taste that great but it's basically just cooked boneless skinless chicken breast. It's a good option when you don't have time to cook.

It will be fine in a pinch. It is a much better plan than not having a meal ready. This is what leads to people grabbing fast food or just eating crap. I eat plenty of tuna in cans so I don't see a problem with it.
