Ketosis and collard greens and cabbage

I went to lunch and ate chicken with some boiled cabbage and collard greens.Should this have any effect on achieving/maintaining ketosis?

Also, will doing some sprints to help deplete some glycogen stores help me reach ketosis faster?
 
The cabbage and greens shouldn't knock you out of keto. They are very low in carbs, and most of the carbs that are in them are just fiber anyway (which our body can't digest so they don't count). In fact, I think its a good idea to get plenty of green veggies that are low in carbs if you are on a keto diet. You'll need the fiber and vitamins.
