Ketogenic diet

I have been on this eating plan for 1.5 months. I noticed that after a workout i have less ketones in my urine. About 6-8 hrs later the levels excreted increase. Do my muscles use more of the fat for fuel during weight training? I am eating 200gms a day quaility protein and my carb intake is 20 grams a day. I do not have a cheat day and im feeling great. My strength is increasing each workout. And i see my body composition changing. i am at 205 and want to get down to 180 with 8%bf in 4 months.

Advice????

oh yes. im natural and im working 3 day split. 3 days on 2 days off.

day 1: Squat(3 working sets),Stiff legs deadlifts(3 sets), leg curls(3 sets), Calves(3 sets). Schrugs 3 sets for traps.
day 2: Flat bence/incline dumbell press (6 sets), dips(3 sets)
Military press(3 sets)
day 3: Back(6 sets), Bis(5-6 sets) and forearms(3 sets)
day 4:eek:ff
Day 5:eek:ff
