Rock bottom is about right, we were in the process of trying to have kids, and just within a 1 week period went from having a laugh and enjoying each others company to her cleaning the bank out and grabbing her stuff and out the door while I was at work. Savings and Checking cleaned out, and after 5 years married and together for 11 it was a huge shock. Never been an adult and single so its a huge learning experience. Hell, thats why Im here, Lets fix this broke ass body so I can be healthy. Let her eat cake.

Day 2: End weight - 230.4 lbs

Did not sleep well last night, even though I was tired.

Energy today seemed mediocre.

As always any feedback or advice welcome.

Getting that fiber is harder than it seems! Didn't have a lot of time for the gym this morning, swam laps for about 40 mins.

I know, getting those carbs down is hard, right now im just lower carbs trying to find ways to cut them out down.

This is where im kinda struggling, not with keto in general its ensuring i get those carbs down and getting fiber up.
 
Day 3: End Weight 228.2

I'm using a RENPHO smart scale, I don't know how accurate the info it gives me but I can post that BMI and other ingo it gives me as well if it would help anyone help me.

Struggles today with headaches and energy loss. Just feel overly tired. I'm constantly thirsty as well.

Gym consisted of Wet sauna for 30 mins then a good game of handball. Took about 40 min for the game.

I'm really screwing up the carbs, I meal prepped and screwed that up, but if I need to trash it all and start over I will. Very frustrated that I cant seem to figure this out.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
