Excerpt: Starting Keto and IF today, I have been a lurker here for years. I figured that it was time to get in shape and get healthy. Especially after my now ex-wife took off with a her adulterous lover. This place has helped me stay steady with weight but never took it to serious until now. I will be posting Daily to keep myself held accountable and for all the advice this place offers. Starting Stats: Male 5'9'' 230 Lbs

    Day 2: End weight - 230.4 lbs

    Did not sleep well last night, even though I was tired.

    Energy today seemed mediocre.

    As always any feedback or advice welcome.

    Getting that fiber is harder than it seems! Didn't have a lot of time for the gym this morning, swam laps for about 40 mins.

    You have too many carbs for a ketogenic diet. You should be eating under 30 grams of carbs to stay in ketosis.

    I know, getting those carbs down is hard, right now im just lower carbs trying to find ways to cut them out down.

    This is where im kinda struggling, not with keto in general its ensuring i get those carbs down and getting fiber up.

    Day 3: End Weight 228.2

    I'm using a RENPHO smart scale, I don't know how accurate the info it gives me but I can post that BMI and other ingo it gives me as well if it would help anyone help me.

    Struggles today with headaches and energy loss. Just feel overly tired. I'm constantly thirsty as well.

    Gym consisted of Wet sauna for 30 mins then a good game of handball. Took about 40 min for the game.

    I'm really screwing up the carbs, I meal prepped and screwed that up, but if I need to trash it all and start over I will. Very frustrated that I cant seem to figure this out.
