I have a list of keto friendly foods and I wanted to double-check with you guys to see if I'm doing this right so far
bacon, eggs, salmon, vegetables, avocado, cheese, nuts, ham, omelette mix that includes mushrooms tomato and cheese
am I doing this good you think so far this is what I ate today and total

thats keto but ham isn't the best and no tomatoes of course

rest is good but i do easy processed meats once in a while no problem
add more meats and fish
 
As long as you don't take carbs, you ok, however, less processed meat, 1-2 times per week is acceptable
