When i diet down I take in less then 30 gms of carbs a day for the 1st 4 wks..

KidnKorner New member Jul 3, 2010 #3 grams of carbs per day is 20 or less, Im not expecting to be in ketosis, just wondering why I still have high glucose readings. My macros are in line with my RMR as tested on a MetaCheck Metabolic analyzer.
