Keeping it balanced

Welcome to the EliteFitness.com Bodybuilding Site! Please join this discussion about Keeping it balanced within the Diet & Bodybuilding category.

Excerpt: I want to make sure that all my meals are nutritionally balanced. I'm not following any sort of diet, I just want a nice balance of all macros with plenty of fruit and veg in their too. So I basically came up with a recipe which is nutritious, delicious and hassle free. So would it be ok to eat the same thing at every meal. I asked this on another site and they said it's 'dangerous' to eat the same stuff everyday.

Boring as fuck. Plus I doubt it's as nutritious as you think and who knows cos you've not said what it is.

eating the same thing everyday is a sure fire way to end up with allergies
