Kale in my diet
Excerpt: I am experiencing a weird thing happening to me when I eat kale. I will have it in my salad or juice it and then when I eat it I start feeling like crap, my stomach gets bloated and gassy and I get constipated. Everyone says kale is very healthy, but why do I feel horrible on it and what can I eat aside from it that won’t make me sick.

Re: Kale in my diet
I would add a lot of kale with psyllium husk and you'll get rid of the bloat

Re: Kale in my diet
kale is very hard to digest, that is why you feel like crap on it
you should choose green leafy veggies like romaine, green lettuce, baby spinach
stay away from kale and cabbage which are very hard to digest

I never have been a fan of kale so I won’t supplement with it.

Re: Kale in my diet
If you are having a hard time on it, just switch it up. There are tons of other leafy green veggies.

I love kale.
Kale, spinach and broccoli with some lemon, can’t beat it.
