June competition preparation..

Ok, Today 109lbs... :verygood:

I have Protein 125g; Carbs 100g; fat 25g. I get two high carb days of 150g. Next week this will change.

AM cardio 40 mins. Abs

Back:

Again, I do two exercises at a time going back and forth without stoping.

Pull downs: 75x15; 95x12; 105x10. Drop set 60xto failure

Chin-ups wide grip: -70x15; -60x12; -60x12

Pull down V bar: 75x15; 85x12; 90x12 drop set 60xto failure.

Hammer strength pul down: 75x15; 95x12; 100x12

Stiff arm pull down: 50x15; 60x12; 60x12

Rope pulls: 50x15; 60x12; 70x12; 80x12

Pull down (behind neck)60x15; 75x12; 90x12

Pull overs: 30x12 3 sets.

Did 3 sets of dead lifts (again) 60x12; 70x12; 80x12.

PM cardio 25 minutes.

Guardian, this way or type of workout is best for Figure comp. Then, once I compete I'll try to add some mass for the next show, therefore my workout with change.
