5'7, 190lbs, currently bulking, not sure BF but FAT, lol
starting cutting Mach 1st

training:

4 times a week, twice a day, cardio in the morning and weights at night

M: cardio, legs
T: cardio, chest and bie
W: cardio, shoulder and tri
T: cardio, back and abs
F: cardio
S: wrestling

diet:

Meal 1: Morning

8 egg Whites with 1 whole large eggs
1 cup oatmeal (cooked)


Meal 2

1 scope Protein Shake
1 Cup Kashi Go Lean


Meal 3

1 Tuna
veggies


Meal 4

2 scope Protein Shake



Meal 5: Before Gym

2 scope Protein Shake
1 cup oatmeal (cooked)


Meal 6: After GYM

2 scope Protein
gatorade


Meal 7

6oz chicken
veggies


Meal 8: Before Bed

2 scope Protein Shake
Olive Oil

172 grams of protein to be taken in

diet reflects this intake
protein shakes, tuna, chicken, salads (i eat these with no dressing)
celery (to help snacking craves)
and ANPB
1-2 gallons of water daily

training 6 days a week 3 days are HIT cardio

Supplements are as follows

T-Rex (at 4 a day for me, will not exceed i dont think)
Tonalin CLA
The One Source for Men
Calcium pill
(any suggestions on something i could add would be appreciative)

edit: I also have to take Adderall so that i can do my school work. Although its not a supplement, it does suppress my appetite. I know some people say be careful when taking supplements with this, so far Ive felt no side affects and I slowly increased my dosage of T-Rex with this.

First of march I recieve my Clen (ordered it way before I read up on it looking for a quick fix, but have since learned to work alter my diet and living style)...depending on where Im at then will determine if I use it with the T-3 (same case, order before i knew better) stack
 
Holy Sh1t.... your on adderall and taking Rexin'?!

Wow... you must be the multitasker of the century in school (or at work!)!

That'll probably burn you out after a while though.

I have a perscription for 20mg Adderall XR... I haven't taken it in months though.

Try thermo without the adderall, I got similar effects from the thermorexin.
 
30 mgs thats time released...which helps a lot i dont take Friday-Sunday

Here is my diet for today.

Muscle Milk

2 Egss with bacon bits in morn. With 3 serv. of canned chick
2 slices of wheat with little cheese

3 tbs of nat penut butter 2 slices of wheat

2 scoops of whey. 2 serv. of canned chick.

1 protien bar.

3 cups of skim and a bannanna

diet is around 2200 cals 50% protein/25% carbs/25% fat (75% mct's)
on refeed days which happens every 10 days or so is around 3000 cals

check my signature. im on 300mg test per week which is being bumped up the last 2 to 450mg. i dropped the winny bc of joints and im running tbol the last 4 weeks. ill be increasing my cals slightly, up to 2400 during this 4 week period to take advantage of the tbol and increased test in my system. but what really helps me is the lclen bc its anticatabolic. u think 2200 cals is too little
 
In.
43 y.o., 245 lbs at the beginning of the month. Type II diabetic with sleep apnea, low test.
Weights, alone in my basement every 2-3 days, cardio 3-4 days per week.
Diet, mainly chicken, with rice or whole wheat pasta. Assorted veggies, mainly peppers & brocolli.
I'll flesh out the details more tomorrow.
