John Meadows intraworkout tips

I was reading and watching some john meadows advices and I joined his app for a fee. He says that you should mix in dextrose with your shake and take that during your workout along with peanut butter. He says the peanut butter will slow down the absorption so you get better effects. Thought that was cool.
 
please don't listen to this nonsense. these guys are suffering from bigorexia and if they aren't 'feeding their muscles' 24/7 they flip out.

an average joe you not only shouldn't do this during a workout, it is actually counter productive. why make your body do more work and stress it out? makes no sense. also sugar is a magnet to disease, and that is what dextrose is
 
You dont need dextrose unless you're trying to grow hard. Stick to honey in protein shakes
