Excerpt: can you give me some tips on how to intermittent fast. A buddy of mine did it and he says that his entire health and physique change quite a bit from doing it. My issue is I get hungry all the time. I wake up in the morning hungry and I have to eat every 2 hours or I get the shakes. What's the best strategy for me to start doing it?

Intermittent fasting tips
can you give me some tips on how to intermittent fast. A buddy of mine did it and he says that his entire health and physique change quite a bit from doing it. My issue is I get hungry all the time. I wake up in the morning hungry and I have to eat every 2 hours or I get the shakes. What's the best strategy for me to start doing it?

eat in a 2-6 hour window and stick to healthy foods
if you wake up hungry that is just your brain fucking with you. you aren't really hungry. you just need to hydrate, drink a lot of water

i eat in a time restricted 3 hour window everyday. i like to fast into my workouts then eat after.

I suggest you try eating 12 hours and 12 hours no food
then increase that to 16 hours no food and eat in 8 hour windown
16:8 is intermittent fasting now

I eat in a 4-5 hour window each day and it has made an incredible difference.

fasting is for babies, eat 10 times per day high protein you grow
