Maybe this topic has been discussed before, but I honestly don't know where to start from. I am interested in intermittent fasting. I read many reviews on it and now it's quite clear to me that fasting is not catabolic to muscles or slow down your metabolism. Has anyone tried intermittent fasting? I would like to hear your thoughts on it. If you know about any guide that explains how to set up a diet using his approach, please let me know.
