inflammation

All kinds of fruits and vegetables.
Nuts, fatty fish, whole grains and so on.

Basically try to avoid all heavily processed stuff as much as possible.
 
all foods cause SOME inflammation, that is because our bodies are a machine that processes that food... some do more than others of course

the foods fella listed above are rich in omega 3's which is great for this

however if you want to truly fight inflammation you need to water fast. that is the sure fire way to solve this
