My main question is what supplements has anyone used with success and what is the brand name of it. I ask because as many lifters know when you go on a mass cycle farting usually comes with it. So i'm noty absorbing something and would love to solve the problem.

I take 1G w/ post workout shake and there is no stomach upset or crazy gas as there used to be. less than 1g has not been effective for me though.
