I read a few posts on using supplements to increase protien absorption. I also read some medical articles on the reasons for increased flatulence. The articles state that undigested carbohydrates in the large intestine (reaction with bactieria). Who knows if these people considered a high protien diet of a bodybuilder? My main question is what supplements has anyone used with success and what is the brand name of it. I ask because as many lifters know when you go on a mass cycle farting usually comes with it. So i'm noty absorbing something and would love to solve the problem.
