If i accidentally missed a meal, do I make up for the lost calories in my next meal

Hey.
Again im 165lbs, 5'4', eating around 1800 cals daily because im cutting.

I know I shouldn't miss meals, but what if i did? What if i had an important metting and couldnt get my 280 cals i had in my tuna steak?

Will the next meal be its normal calories PLUS the lost 280?

I mean this would be rational (although i havent done it yet) for one COULD go into starvation mode.
What do you think?
 
I'm no expert but I'd say no. At least not the whole amount. If you eat to much at one time your body will store the extra, probably as fat. Of course your only talking 280 cals. so If you want it go ahead I don't think it would hurt.
 
yo bigandy, what is 280 cals / meal too much? WTF?

I cannot possibly split up my meals any more.
Id be eating at night when i simply dont do shit but sleep.

I already eat 6 meals and taking 8 meals to school daily will be a major bitch, especially when im eating in the bathroom and late to class EVERY time .

I cant believe its too much. You sure?

Blood, you misunderstood me,
280 cals in one meal is not too much, but don't add it to another meals. 600 cals or so is to much in one shot. If it's Tuna just eat it as early as possible, it won't really matter. Cut back on the carbs a little. You are better off eating more cals than less cals. De toute facon, tu burlera l'excess de calories demain. C'est pas une grosse affaire. How's my french? lol!

You should be eating it as soon as you can, btw.
 
J'ai oublie d'ajouter qu'il est important que tu considere ce que tu a manger pendant la semaine et non seulement durant la journee.

You have no idea how much pussy speaking french gets me!
