how to use vits min supps herbs crea protein to maximise my cycle? Cycle test E and Orals 16 weeks

OK I intend to run Test E for 16 weeks, i have also Dbol, Winny, Drol, Proviron, Nolva, Clomid, liv 52.
Regardless of cycle how do i maximise benefits,
what are the best vitamin and mineral combs during on, PCT and off periods?
Hold back on creatine or protein supps untill PCT or after? hold back on Trib and so untill after?
Is creatine better on, during PCT or after PCT to hold gains? should i eat normal during cycle and add extra protein during pct or after, what about fish oils?

save the creatine,Trib things like that for after....pct bro do you know how to run pct......

as far as what to eat well on and off what are your goals.what is your stats right now as far as height weight how long you bin lifting how old are you.
I would use some Standardized Milk Thistle Extract well on for the liver as well.

what do you have on hand to combat sides like bloat,bitch tits,and other sides from high estro or shut down.


I mean you have a lot to learn here unless you know all of this and have all of this and are just not saying it.
 
BRO!!! if you are running a cycle only use animal pack for vitams. They are the best in my opinion and kinda spendy but well worth it. Just my 2 cents,

A multi is a must, as is protein.

Creatine is good if you're bulking. Steroids synthsize creatine so why not add more? Once again, don't just take it as a sales pitch...compare ingredients to anything out there:

Milk Thisle is important during and after. You also want something for libido and estrogen management: Once again, these products are designed for guys on gear. You won't find a title like this at GNC:

You also want to make the most of the test you have bioavailable. For that, this is king:

Forget tribulus. It's an inneffective, outdated supp. Read why in the last link.

There's always more. Supps add an extra couple of perxcentage points in your favor. Be wary of chemical compounds disguised as drugs. You'd be better off with more "real" drugs. All the ones mentioned can help make the cycle more effective, and safer. Other than that, it's diet.

thanks bro's i am 6'1" 235-245lbs fluctuating, tipping 40, a few cycles under the belt, but no experiance of protein creating, and herbs or supps, always relied on a very good diet,

so why do a cycle unless you can maximise it's value,

all extra suggestions welcome!

my weight fluctuates because i drink a lot of water and sweat a lot during training, strong lumpy and ugly is how i look!

Its is often suggested to cycle the use of creatine like many things, so for your 16 weeker consider

1-6 on
7-12 off
13-18 on (PCT)

This will help maximize creatine usage. Make sure to get the right stuff too.
As for the rest of the supps, these guys got them pretty well.

Do you have your pre/post workout shakes dialed in?
