How often should you recalculate your numbers on ANPB diet?

For example if I lose 10 lbs should I recalculate my calories and macros? How often?

PS sorry to post twice, here and in the ANPB thread, i just need a quick responce.
 
let me see if i can help, first thing you need to note is that the rapid loss of bodyweight might be due to loss of water weight. the ANPB Diet is a lower carb type diet which tends to make people drop weight very quickly. the reason is that carbs help your body hold water.

so lets say you started at 200 lbs: 200 x 12 = 2400 x .95 = calories per day.

now you are 190, take 190 x 12 = 2280 x .95 = 2166 this is your new bmr.
