Cause I eat it once a day and I consider it fitting my macros so it is okay according to my nutrition coach I hired. Do you agree or not?

when i was in college i would eat trash food but i never liked it and it always made me feel like shit
today i NEVER eat any of that garbage, i find it digusting. if you find it to be good tasting food then you 100% are addicted to it, once you stop eating it you will never want it again

I eat mcdonalds every week 1 time per week its not bad
