How much of your protein comes from.. ?

I get about 60% of my protein from milk and chicken breast... the rest from protein shakes...

How about you people?

I am trying to figure out if i should drink less milk and take more protein shakes, :confused:
 
20-30% protein shakes
20% eggs
20-30% meat (chicken and red meat)
20-30% fish (tuna, salmon and lean fish)
+ milk and others
 
Depends on the day.

Days I'm at the gym, it's about 50% (~100g) from shakes and a bar, and 50% from meals like venison chili and egg salad. Might be a little more skewed towards the shakes.

Days I'm off the split is more like 30% (45g) from 2 shakes and 70% from regular meals.

Needless to say, I look forward to going to the gym for my morning Muscle Milk hit and post-workout protein bar. :p (Mm premier nutrition mmmm)
 
I usually eat meat and eggs with non-fat cheese (basically pure casein and sodium). Lately, I have been using more powder and yogurt due to lack of time. Yesterday, however, I ate 3 bison burgers on whole wheat bread with Kraft Free singles. Pretty damn good stuff.
