How much water should you drink ?

Excerpt: I am curious to know how much water I should be consuming. I find it hard to consume more than a couple litres a day but my family says I need to be drinking more! What’s the optimal amount to be drinking daily?

    How much water should you drink ?

    It depends on your size, activity level, and heat stress. It is very often more than people actually consume.

    Are you always thirsty? Is your pee yellow? If not you're ok.

    completely depends on the individual

    if you are like me and have a very healthy body you can get away with much less water then someone who has a toxic body. also depends on where you live, if you live in a hot climate where you sweat obviously you need more water. those in cold climates might not drink very much at all

    It depends but you should be hydrating more than you are. I'd say a gallon is a good thing to shoot for

    at least liter or half your bodyweight according to this,


    If bloating is a concern then cut back on salt & sugar and/or drink more to offset water weight gain
