How much steak per week?

I wanted to know how much steak one should eat a week ? What do you guys average per week? I dont want to over do it but i love it alot!

Average? Zero. I have it as an occasional treat not every week.

if it is a small portion of grass fed pastured organic steak i don't see a problem with it once or even twice a week along with some greens.

the problem is the meat you buy from walmart is garbage.. the animal was miserable, sick, and fed slop. makes a huge difference. and when you get steak from a steakhouse they cook it in oils to make it 'taste good'

Personally I have it only the odd time. Not even once per month. I dont think there is an issue with having steak once per week though depending on the cut and how you cook it.

I don't think eating red meat more than 3-4 times per week is healthy.
