How much egg whites equals one whole egg?

In terms of fat and cholesterol how much egg whites would contain the same qty of cholesterol of a regular egg?

I'm trying to lower my cholesterol and I switched from regular eggs to egg whites but I want to make sure I won't consume more than I'm supposed to, thank you.

All this cholesterol thing about egg yolks is highly overrated. They are not all that bad for cholesterol, at least if you eat a moderate amount of them. Obviously, if you eat like 20-30 eggs per day, this could be an issue. Otherwise, that should be fine.

There is actually zero fat or cholesterol in egg whites. Egg whites are pure protein.

Egg whites are basically just a pure protein food. Think of it that way. If you want the benefits of eggs I would eat the whole egg and add egg whites to increase protein content.
