How much do you eat PWO ???

Training with no pre carbs takes time to adapt to. When you first try it it will be hard, so you should not expect the same intensity in your workouts. If you follow through with it some people are able to train with good intensity with zero carbs after about 5-6 weeks. The body will adapt to it. Not the best nutrition approach for body builders but works for well if your adjusting body composition.
