How many grams of protien in what foods?

Hey bro's


Two questions.... Does anyone know how many grams of protien are in your standard serving of grilled chicken and steak... I would say that the standard serving size in around 10oz. Also is there any web site that anyone knows of to find this info

10oz of chicked has roughly 85 grams of protien and steak ( depending on how lean it is ) has about 70 grams of protien.

What you should do is go out and buy a book on food counts , that is the best method. You could do a net search on food counts to get most information.
