How many grams of protien per shrimp?

Shoot Me Up

New member
I cant find a stupid calorie counter on the web for just 1 fuckin piece of shrimp for the amount of protien per 1...do you guys know?

Check out this website.....Just punch in any food and it will give you the nutrient values, protein, carbs and fat.

By the way, 1 cup of shrimp had 196 cal,2 g of fat, 25 g of protein and 19g of carbs but the down side is 173mg cholesteral and 992mg sodium

Wrong, it is very good source of protein.

any unclean meat from a scavenger is not good period!!
lobster, crab, shrimp, oyster, crab, these all feast on waste products filtered from sea water.
if it werent for these, there would be a foot deep of muck on the ocean floor!

so then wouldnt tuna fish and salmon be bad then too.....because they often eat the waste products of other fish and sea life...i just dont buy it......crab, lobster and shrimp are a great source IMO
