Okay...here's how you do it:


160 oz X 1gm/0.035oz = 4571.4grams of chicken breast

Now, there is approximately 27grams of protein per 86 grams of chicken breast therefore,

4571.4grams chicken X 27 grams protein/86 grams of chicken

= 1435 grams of protein per 4571.4 grams of chicken breast. The rest is fat, etc.

I really doubt you meant 160oz though.
