How many grams of carbs in one cup of quacker oatmeal?

I bought a huge pack of this stuff at sams club I guess and like an idiot I threw out the box so now I have 2 huge bags of oatmeal and dont know what the carb content is per serving.Its just the quacker regular stuff I mix it with water only any1 know how many grams of carbs per 1cup serving?

that shit is awesome with all the whey protein powder you throw one cup of oatmeal and 2 servings of all the whey banana flavored protein in it of course after the oatmeal has been cooked.Then you mix it all up and you have a perfect nutrition packed meal.You can eat it hot or let it cool and eat as a snack it taste great either way its the bomb I ought to patent that shit.
