r1pp3d New member Feb 16, 2004 #3 it depends on the substance you're weighing. 70 CC of iron will weigh more than 70 CC of feathers. anyway, if you're measuring protein, roughly 25 grams is 70 CC. that's what mine is. i have a cheap little wal-mart scale for weighing things.
