750 cals is the magic number for me. Still include 300 gram carb refeeds one day per week... Sometimes twice a week if I'm using any Tren or EQ.

750 over seems like it would be a good number for most. Just curious, what are your stats? If 10% or under BF refeeds could be very beneficial 2x's/week (one closer to 400g carb, the other closer to 300g) but it all depends on your stats.

Nice...I'm also curious if I'm injecting how many calories to increase it by? I have been seeing some gains but don't wanna over do it on the calories. Seems like 500 is the magic number then?

500 calories over maintenance. Building muscle is a slow process. Even with the assistance of PEDs. Your body can only build muscle so fast. Eating more calories then it needs will only get you fat.

It's kind of like filling up your gas tank. It will only hold so much. Any extra is just going to overfill the tank and flow over.

when i bulked i was going 1000+, however i put on a ton of fat too. I went from 7% to 17% body fat in 1 year doing that. it wasn't smart at all and i regret it although i put on a lot of mass and strength

i agree with musky, be patient and do it the right way

I just try to look how my body responds. If after some time +500 calories does not work anymore, I ramp it up a bit higher, and so on. Same goes for cutting.
