How long do you wait between your PWO shake and your next meal?

Right now I wait about 90 minutes (my PWO shake is about 330 cals and my next meal is about 400 cals)

Is this about right?

I wait 1 hour. 90 min seems too much for me.

By about 90min i'm quite hungry, and I take this to be a bad thing so I usually eat a wholefood meal about 1 hour after PWO, then again 2 hours later.

Like Jens said 30 to 60 minutes, damn 90 minutes, if I waited that long I would pass out.
