Is there a way of apple cider vinegar helping me loseweight? I guess that since it will burn the food I eat, andaccelerate the metabolism, it should help me lose weight –shouldn't it? What other benefits you see in taking some apple cidervinegar?

bro there are tons of benefits to apple cider vinegar but the problem people make is they buy the cheap tub from walmart for 1.99

you have to buy a high quality one, i get the braggs with the mother and i use it with my salads, dishes, etc. it has tremendous benefits! even drinking it raw is great

There was a lot of hype about apple cider vinegar helping lose fat due to a Japanese study showing these results in the abstract. But few people bothered themselves to read the entire study to see that the results were minimal - on average 1 lb of fat loss per month. So yeah, we can say that it does help with fat loss, but I would not expect much from it.

Apple cider vinegar has a myriad of health benefits. It is a great food to regularly include into your diet. Just make sure to buy unpasteurized apple cidervinegar. I usually purchase the Braggs brand.

Apple cider vinegar has been shown to have numerous benefits for improving insulin function and blood sugar levels in humans. Studies have shown:
1. It improves insulin sensitivity during a high-carb meal by 19-34% and significantly lowers blood glucose and insulin responses
2. Reduces blood sugar by 34% when eating 50 grams of white bread
3. 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before bedtime can reduce fasting blood sugars by 4%
4. Numerous other studies, in both rats and humans, show that vinegar can increase insulin sensitivity and significantly lower blood sugar responses during meals

I would supplement with 1-2 tablespoons with 3-4 meals each day.

Using the apple cider vinegar with a good nutrient partitioning supplement like N2slin from n2bm.com would be a great natural supplement stack to increase muscle insulin sensitivity and improve blood glucose levels.

ACV has a ton of health benefits as already mentioned above. I think for me as I get older the benefit I really like is increasing insulin sensitivity. I also use Bragg's myself.

Not good for fat loss but so many tremendous health benefits. I take it three ones a day, two tablespoons in a glass of water.
