Ok, so my diet is good, i eat clean, but i eat alot. Im 19, 5'9" 182 lbs. I have a 6 pack but it seems like my obliques have fat over them. I have strong obliques though, so i think the muscle pushes it out farther???? IDK but i dont want to change my diet too much because im still trying to bulk. Should i just start adding cardio in? I really dont want to lose muscle...and i only want to gain Lean body mass...heres some pics

HAHA my boys just gettin a year felony probation and a 60 day jail cap, probably gettin cut in half. Gettin off easy because hes joining the marines, which will get his felony reduced when he actually joins. Can i have real advice or not

if your still trying to bulk I wouldn't worry about your obliques. just do exercises like leg raises and add twists to them. diet and cardio is the sur way to see them.

You have a good base. Looking lean. You are only 19. It's good to want to gain only lean mass, but don't hold back from gaining because of that. Train to build muscle, eat to build muscle. Good job so far. What's your typical daily diet look like?

Lean bulking is the way to go IMHO.

I would highly recommend you work out your calories, how much protein, fat and carbs and how many calories you need every day.

There are a few stickied threads on this site that have that sort of information on them.

I am moving your thread to the bodybuilding and diet section.

Thanks, my diet is always changing since i still live with my parents. I have never been on a set diet. I have a planned diet tho, as soon as i start getting the food and actually sticking to it.

meal 1-whey shake
meal 2-egg whites, 2 cups milk, 2 pieces ww bread
meal 3-6-8oz lean meat, 2 pieces ww bread
meal 4-whey shake
meal 5-glycomaize, creatine
meal 6-whey shake
meal 7-2 cans tuna, mayo, 2 pieces ww bread, 2 cups milk
meal 8-8oz lean meat, half cup almonds, 2 cups veggies
meal 9-casein shake

I have the complete diet on excel at my other house, im not gonna be there till tuesday but this is pretty close to it.
