How to eat before training

how do you usually eat before weight training. I just wanted to get some clarity on the subject. can you give me some ideas for what you're eating, but also how far away from your workout do you eat. Is 1 hour good or should I do it a full 2 hours before end you drown down a shake on your way to the gym or you wait till after

About an hour before- I go early in the morning. Up at 3 am, 10 egg whites, 3 corn tortillas, 1 cup oatmeal.

I dont eat before I train, I go empty stomach just some amino acids right before I start with cardazol
 
Eat 45–60 minutes prior to your workout, food that are simple to digest and contain mainly carbs and some protein ..
 
I’ve become a big fan of training while fasted as I know a bunch of people don’t agree with this but it works for me.
 
morning training no food fasting, evening training i will eat a couple meals during the day. last meal being something like eggs and fruit about 2 hours prior and then taking a shit in between

if your body is wasting energy digesting food during your workout it will slow you down. it is extremely important to eat good ahead of a workout.
