how to cook the chicken

yes, as long as you donot add anything that might up the caloric content (if you are cutting and are counting calories.)

So in that case, you can cook it in lemon juice (ok), PAM, grill is perfect and IMO tastes and is best.

If you want to fry it, fry it in olive oil. 1 tbsp=143cals - 14g fat.

Take it as you wish....

I've grilled my chicken all the way through my diet, I used to use garlic powder and mrs. dash, though now that my diet has gotten more strict, I use tamaric powder and pepper.

Grilling is fine. I don't have a grill, so, in turn, I put my chicken breast in a heated skillet and turn it a bunch of times. (not letting it burn- about 1 min or turning) then I take the skillet and stick it in a pre-heated over (500). For about 10-15 min, depending on size of chicken breast. Really juicy and tender. I love it. (my g/f taught me)
