How to calculate?

I wanted to know what is the best way to calculate how much calories you should be consuming versus how much your body burns?
 
tracking calories DOES NOT WORK
we've been told to eat in a caloric deficit for the past 30 years in the USA and we keep getting fatter.

example of why:

2 slices of pizza + 10 diet cokes = 600 calories
1 cup of almonds = 600 calories

so to someone who is counting calories they can keep eating junk food and it is okay because it 'fits their calorie macro's' .. see the problem? this is why i hate the calorie counting bs

you will lose weight if you eat less and less often. stick to 2-3 meals per day of ONLY WHOLE FOODS. nothing processed and no added condiments/oils to your food (unless it is raw MCT oil)

don't listen to the BS about low fat and low calories.. i eat tons of avocado's, fruit, raw nuts, and bone broth.. you won't get fat on any of that shit!
