how bad is sparkling water?

I took a look at the label of a bottle of sparkling water, and well it had zeros for everything there.

First off it carbonated, second it has some type of flavoring to it.

What exactly is in it, and how bad is it?

Carbonation decreases absorption of protein and the overall digestive track function. It's nothing that will ruin your diet, but it's really something to think about.

I'm not too sure, I think they use the same carbonation process.
