That chick sounds like she checked out a nutrition book from a library and declared herself a nutritionist. That, or she doesn't understand that if you choose a career in a health related field, you need to keep up with everything. Look back 10 years. If someone graduated w/a degree in a HRfield, half the shit they were taught would be obsolete.

I managed a health food store for four years, in that time I read everything I could on Sports nutrition, took classes, went to seminars. I learned a lot. I was constantly amazed at some af the advise some Nutritionist's and doctors were giving people. Most people in these feilds have very limited knowledge in sports nutrition, and the nutritional requirements of athletes. But people continue to follow their advise blindly, like sheep. Fat, scared little sheep.
