high protien/fat diet with cardio

I don't know. I personally believe it's best to know and listen to yo your own body, not making everything we read or hear Bible. I was overweight for a long time. frequent meals made me fatter, weights made me strong but I still looked like I didn't work out. then, I cut my calories in half, upped cardio to about 30 minutes per day, and that's when I started seeing good results. there is no one size fits all approach; you have to find what works for you and go from there
 
actually bro i am taking 2g protein per pound , currently i am on bulking phase
i am 154 pound so 300 g of protein i cover from chicken , eggs and whey protein
if i like drop yolk my protein goes down too much so thats y i was askin
what you eat for protein ?? chickn tuna ?

Right now I'm on Keto so my protein comes from red meat (high fat cut) whole eggs...those are my 2 main sources of protein...I also get some protein from bacon,full fat cheese, 2 avocado's a day.....

But keto isn't a bulking diet.
