high protein diet without red meat

I'm trying to bulk up but I'm not into red meat, I wonder if I can keep only chicken and fish as protein sources for bulking, thanks.
 
Absolutely. Lean red meat is a good source of iron but the best source of iron is actually clams.

In moderation - there is nothing wrong with lean red meat but it really isn't the healthiest choice. Poultry, wild caught fish and eggs are your best bet. You can make great results bulking without including any red meat in your diet.
 
Chicken and Fish are great protein sources. You definitely don't need red meat if you don't want it. Just remember that it comes down to total calories being above maintenance for you to gain weight.
