After Work. 35 minutes on Xtrainer. 465 cal, H.R. OMFG!!!!!!!!!! :eek2:
This P.M. 20 min rehab exercises for shoulders.
3111cal, fat; 81g for 23.5%, Protein 261g for 33.5%, Carbs 355g for 43%.
Shit! I'll nail this thing yet. :chomp:

Is your wife with you on this thing too? Like does she workout/eat well? Do you have kids? Does make it easier if the family are involved.

LOL, no. I don't mind at all. In fact, I appreciate anyone that cares to help, or just comment.
My Frau doesn't workout. She eats relatively well, but is a bit of a junk food junkie, occasionally.
We have a daughter, but she lives away. She's in far worse shape than I, but has not accepted that she can do anything about it. She is comfortable where she is.
 
20 min rehab work & stretches this A.M. Going for a bike ride after getting my hearing aid checked after work.
Busy at work today. I tired.

WAKE UP :) Do you have a list of stretches to do, trainer said I should be doing them morning/night she gave me some but I would like more.

Green Beans, 80g
Meal 4:
EAS 100% Whey Protein 45g
1 Medium Apple
Meal 5:
Uncle Ben's Bistro Express Rice 56g
BBQ'd chicken thighs 200g
Canned peas 61g


Total 2893cal, fat 101g for 31.5%, Protein 239g for 33%, carbs 256g for 35%
