Help...not losing weight on CKD

Allright, I need some advice here. I am not losing any weight (in terms of lbs) on a CKD. It is my first real strict try at it and I am applying the exact ratios that Mr. X laid out for Fat/Protein/Calories. I started 2 weeks ago at 210 and now still weigh 210. I look leaner but I think it is more due to the Winny/Prop im taking. I have hit Ketosis on Tuesday each week and have checked regularly throughout the week and have always have atleast trace Ketones in my urine. Could it be possible that this diet is not for me and I need to try another version of it? Im probably arounf 11-12% bf but was really hoping this would get me below 10%. Should I give it a couple of more weeks because maybe it really is working and Im just adding a littlemuscle, or should I try something else?

if you do a 2 day carb up, cut it to 1
